IS Equipment Sales and Service, LLC company is founded by Paul Licausi. He is the president of LS Commercial Real Estate, Inc., an industrial real estate company for more than 30 years. As part of expanding the company’s services, IS Equipment Sales & Service, LLC is a product of leadership’s continuous expansion program that eventually lead them to acquire a fleet of heavy equipment and machinery. The company then succeeded on their first attempt into the construction market as their fleet would prove to be instrumental in establishing a stable foothold into the construction equipment market.
